ACCIDENT CHECKLIST

1. Get help for the injured.
2. Get the name, address, phone number, make of vehicle and license number of other driver.
3. Get name, address and phone number of all passengers and witnesses.
4. Carefully examine damage to all vehicles.
5. Call the police.
6. Discuss the accident only with police or your insurance agent.
7. Notify your agent immediately.
8. DO NOT admit fault.
